How to sign up:
Click on the link at the bottom of this document to access and print the Direct Deposit Form.
Fully complete and sign the form.
Be sure to include a voided check.
You will need to list your financial institution’s routing number and your full account number on the form. Please contact your financial institution for this information.
Return form to Veridian Fiscal Solutions (VFS) in one of these ways:
Your direct deposit will go into effect within two payrolls. Until then, you will continue receiving a paper check without disruption.
Direct deposit pay stubs for each payment will be available online. Simply log into your account and click on “Pay Stubs” under the “My Account” tab. If you need a paper copy of a direct deposit stub, please contact VFS.
If your account information cannot be verified, a VFS representative will contact you to resolve the issue.
