Online Web Entry

Want to save time, paper, and postage on submitting timesheets?

All non EVV and ISB services can be submitted using VFS's online web entry system. This system will allow employees and ISBs to enter hours and the member to approve hours anywhere an internet connection is available.

Here's how to get started:

  • To begin using the VFS's online web entry system CCO members, employees, and ISB can register here.
    • Please have the member register first if possible.
    • When registering please make sure each user's email address is unique and that a member does not share an email address with their employees or ISB.
  • Members register using their Medicaid number.
  • Employees register using their employee number.
    • An employee number can be found on any check stub or direct deposit stub. The member can also find the employee number in the email notifying him/her that the background check was approved, on their account statement, or by logging into their online account, clicking on “My Account”, selecting “Employee” and looking under the “Emp #” column.
  • ISBs register using their vendor number.
    • To get your vendor number, please contact VFS and we would be happy to help!
  • Once you are registered you can log into your account and then click on the Timesheet or Vendor menu at the top of the page to get started.

If you would like any assistance registering for your online account or have questions about logging time or approving hours, please check out the User Guides section of the Forms & Resources page or feel free to contact us!
