October 2018 Transition
- September 19: Paperwork due to Veridian
- September 16-30: First payroll with Veridian dates
- October 5: Time sheet due to Veridian
- October 15: Payment date
Veridian Fiscal Solution will become the new Fiscal Agent on October 1, 2018, replacing Acumen Fiscal Agent. If you are the employer of record and hiring employees, the forms listed below were due to Veridian on September 19, 2018. Please submit these forms to Veridian immediately to prevent a delay in paying your employees. For vendor-only payments, please only submit the Account Authorization form.
Remember, time sheets are due to Veridian no later than October 5. You can enter your employee’s time online by registering here or by completing a time sheet and emailing, faxing, or mailing it to Veridian. A paper time sheet is located here.
Important: These forms and Acumen’s records must match to successfully enroll.
