#1: Type - If you are receiving services, select "Consumer" in the "Type" drop down menu. If you are an employee
select "Employee" in the drop down menu.
#2: Account # - Please use the account number provided to you during your enrollment with Veridian.
#3: Password - Type in the unique password you created when you registered.
#4: Click the "Submit" button to complete the sign in process.
