We've elevated our response. Here's an update on what we're doing and what you can do.

As your trusted financial partner, it's important that we remind you of the variety of ways you can submit hours and receive payments while social distancing is required:

  • We strongly encourage employees to submit your time using Online Payroll Entry when possible. All other timesheets and payment requests can be submitted using fax, email or (as a last resort) U.S. mail. Please call or email us with questions or for help with registering for Online Payroll Entry. Please select your program to find our contact information: CCO, MHDS, Veterans, North Dakota.
  • We strongly encourage all vendors and employees to sign up for direct deposit and electronic funds transfer in an effort to eliminate potential delays in payment. For your convenience, you can select the direct deposit authorization form you'll need from those linked below.

Veridian is following the guidelines provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and Iowa Department of Public Health. We've also activated our pandemic response plan, and we want you to be aware of measures we're taking to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus:

  • Offices have received additional cleaning supplies and sanitation supplies. Our staff is sanitizing high-traffic surfaces regularly.
  • Non-essential events and meetings have been cancelled, postponed or adjusted to take place as a virtual meeting.
  • As an additional social-distancing measure, employees who work from a variety of offices as part of their regular schedule have been reassigned to work from a single office.
  • To ensure continuity of services, we're taking steps now to ensure as many employees as possible are equipped to work remotely if the need arises.

Please be assured that we'll continue to monitor updates on Coronavirus closely, and our response efforts will adapt promptly to initiate new precautionary measures in all offices as necessary.
